Jeg har selv en 2003 modell HDJ100 1HD-FTE med standard eksos og fabrikkmontert liten IC, og ønsker å oppgradere dette i første omgang. Jeg ser etter kit som er lette å montere uten å måtte modifisere mye på bilen (det å bygge selv er ikke aktuelt for meg).

EGR:
Jeg har tatt ut vakuumslangen til EGR-ventilen, og fikk følgende respons:EGR delete kit, includes billet valve delete block, blanking plates, gaskets, nuts and studs $199.00
The delete block also has 4 x 1/8npt sockets for boost fittings or water methanol injection nozzles.
IC:As for the EGR delete, I understand you have immobilised it. however you still have the heat soak from the exhaust manifold to the intake through the pipe work. We have also had several vehicles where they leaked boost through the valve assembly. The valve body is also restrictive due to the diameter of the actual valve. Again I will forward images of the comparisons.
Eksos:Front mount Bar and Plate intercooler upgrade kit (uses original plumbing) $720.00
I will send images tomorrow for the intercooler comparison. The intercooler is over 300% greater in surface area and heat sink capability ability. It’s not uncommon to see a slight improvement in peak boost due to the massive core.
Changing the intercooler plumbing would be advantageous. However I have not seen any kits. We are contemplating producing such a kit.
The advantages would improve flow potential through smoother and lager piping. Reliability will also improve, the plastic plumbing is prone to failure on rough roads and is less than adequate in flow properties for the engine.
I will keep you in mind if we develop a kit.

The exhaust is factory dump pipe back on the VNT turbo, there is no benefit in upgrading it as the turbo outlet is only around 2.25”. The outlet flange at the dump is 2.75” and our system is 3”.
Remember the factory turbo dump is only about 8” long and being cast will help with heat retention.
The tapered and cast original dump will actually assist with air speed and scavenging.
For the CT26 waste gated turbo, we have a dump pipe upgrade option, however extensive testing has showed very little potential gain. The exhaust does not include a catalytic converter, cat option is an additional $100.00.
Note: The “dump pipe back” exhaust system will fit both turbo systems. The “turbo back” system for the CT26 turbocharger will not fit the VNT turbocharger.
